Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Yes. Every fragrance we sell is 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors. We stand behind the authenticity of every product we ship. If you ever have a concern, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.

 

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Orders over $60 ship free. We also offer expedited (2–3 days) and overnight options at checkout.

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original packaging. Contact us at smfuns.us@gmail.com to start your return.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping but all orders are shipped in protective, professional packaging suitable for gifts.
