Thank you for shopping with SMFUNS. We are committed to delivering your luxury fragrances quickly and safely.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $60.
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $4.99 for orders under $60.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.99.
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $19.99.
We ship to all 50 US states. At this time, we do not ship to US territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the carrier's website or by contacting us at smfuns.us@gmail.com.
Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, SMFUNS is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at smfuns.us@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
